What information appears on Coldpass and how removal requests are handled.

Information on this site

Coldpass publishes public repository names, tested revisions, result summaries and selected run evidence. Public results may include redacted transcripts, reports and errors. There is no analytics service configured for this site. A repository submission or review request sent through a public GitHub issue is public and can include the details you provide; do not put secrets or private data in it.

Retention and removal

Published result data is retained with the site’s run records unless corrected or removed. A removal request is recorded in the private source file data/optout.json; the build uses that list to exclude the repository from pages, exports and the sitemap. The register itself is not copied into the public site. A rebuild removes the listing from the next site output. Testing is paused; the queue must honor this register before testing resumes.

Contact route

Private contact route: [email protected]. The review-request route is also linked from For maintainers; that route uses a public GitHub issue, so do not send confidential information there.

No fee

Opting out or asking for a correction is free. A payment does not affect the result or whether a failure is published.
