To check a custom graph, add `--onnx path/to/model.onnx` to the ONNX collection
command; keep its external weights beside it and keep the reference unchanged.
The gate requires **at least 99% same top answer, mean KL at most 0.005, and no
flip with reference confidence at least 0.7**. Failed or incomplete comparisons
return a nonzero exit status. This checks agreement, not labelled accuracy.
