Install/authenticate the Claude CLI on the controller before the trial; credentials
stay there. A completed trial removes its exact container automatically. For an
interrupted trial, inspect leftovers, then use `readtrial recover JOURNALS --yes`
with that same journal directory. Recovery preserves unknown resources and journals.

Setup prints its plan and refuses changes without `--yes`. Default storage is a
